I'm so so so left behind. I haven't watched the Hunger games yet and all of my friends already did. Well, I was really planning on watching the Hunger Games but I got no MONEY :). Anyway, I'm really excited and yet disapointed on how my friends reviewed the movie for me. There are always changes and I hope Josh Hutcherson look good in the role of Peeta. He's the only cast that I like in this movie except the Cato Guy. ♥
I also want to hear the Rue's lullaby part. I hope it's heartwarming as in the book. :)
Well, I hope I get to watch it this weekend.

Annie's Song by Catherine Anderson
Synopsis From Goodreads:
The Gift
Annie Trimble lives in a solitary world that no one enters or understands. As delicate and beautiful as the tender blossoms of the Oregon spring, she is shunned by a town that misinterprets her affliction. But cruelty cannot destroy the love Annie holds in her heart.
Alex Montgomery is horrified to learn his wild younger brother forced himself on a helpless "idiot girl." Tormented by guilt, Alex agrees to marry her and raise the babe she carries as his own. But he never dreams he will grow to cherish his lovely, mute, misjudged Annie—her childlike innocence, her womanly charms and the wondrous way she views her world. And he becomes determined to break through the wall of silence surrounding her;to heal...and to healed by Annie's sweet song of love.
My Review:
This is the second Anderson book I’ve read this 2012 and the best so far. I never really thought the plot of this story will work out and it did which still amazes me and since then i started looking for another Anderson books which is entirely new story. Any way, Annie is what people says mad but Alex proved that she's intelligent and deaf instead of mad which creased to exist in the peoples mind that Annie is so smart. I hate the start of this novel because Douglas is making fun of Annie which is any person perspective is wrong but that’s how the story works right there it always bad thing that happened or will happen. No characters from the books will ever avoid it except Mr Bean right?

Phantom Waltz by Catherine Anderson
Synopsis from Goodreads:
With one glance, wealthy Crystal Falls, Oregon rancher, Ryan Kendrick falls hard -- and fast -- for lovely Bethany Coulter. A beguiling mix of sass and shyness, naivete and maturity, she shares his passion for horses, has a great sense of humor and can light up a room with her beautiful smile. She is absolutely perfect -- in every way but one. A long ago barrel-racing accident has left Bethany confined to a wheelchair. In the years since, she has known both betrayal and heartbreak -- and vowed never to open her heart to a man again. She has even accepted the possibility that she'll never be able to enjoy a healthy intimate relationship or have children of her own. But there's something about handsome Ryan Kendrick. Something that makes her believe she can overcome every obstacle. Something that makes her believe in lifelong, lasting love . .
When i first saw this one, i know I'll buy this one. I've read some Anderson books in my pad so far i love how she make the story come alive. I think she has this thing for imperfect heroine and perfect and capable hero. Not that i complain. It gives a new thrill to what will happen. Just like what he said in her preface, i think I'm used to perfect heroines who have stubborn minds and the role of the hero is love and woo them. In her books it's different the hero must work hard to woo her into loving him return which u enjoy reading their frustration and their dedication making it work.
Bethany Coulter ~ I'm quite taken about her and the way she deal with things its hard being paralyzed from waist to down. But she face it determination and i just hate it when she doubts about her feelings about Ryan but hey, a girl cant go wrong right? Anyway, i like the way she is kinda or maybe a horse whisperer. I always wanted to be one.
Ryan Kendrick ~ he is one stubborn person. I like the way he woo her into becoming his Friend later becoming his wife and even though shes one tough Lady to convince he just did it right. I mean, can i jut have a Ryan Kendrick as my big brother?
“What was she thinking? Tarnished Silver? Brother. He probably practiced that smoldering look in the mirror so all women within a mile would fall over like nine pins when he smiled. Well, count her out. He was mouthwatering to look at, but so was cheesecake, and cheesecake was a heck of a lot safer.”

My Fetish Feeling for Old Things ♥
I have this fetish feelings for old things that are kinda extinct nowadays. Such as this Polaroid in the left. Do you know up until know I can't find one Polaroid that is still working? I hate it when my dreams of having one of there Polaroid that seems to populate the world in their own time is now a rare commodity that I'm dying to have? I'm talking in pointless new English, which reminds me, don't you think us beings must start using the old English, ye? Hahaha, I think not. But it makes me wonder. People talking in non-straight forward way. Saying all the things in the dictionary which seems pointless cause your blabbing away from the topic at hand just like I did now. ♥ Anyway, if someone there who read this who:
1. Owns a WORKING Polaroid
2. Lives in the Philippines, preferably in the GMA (Greater Manila Area).
3. And who is WILLING to SELL their Polaroid in a very low price ☺☻
Look out for the "My Fetish Feelings for Old Things, Part Two". This is a Ten Part special or more.
First Erratic Post
Good Day!
This is my first post of this book blog.
The reason behind this book blog because I want my reviews to look good in a pink background. Lately, they're in a light brown trance (Goodreads color). Know what I mean? Well, I know that's pretty dumb reason. The real reason is that I want to have independent site where I can put all the things that I want regardless on the content or so whatever. As I student, I like to express myself in different ways but with this blog I get to express my writing skills.
So I hope you fond my erratic message agreeable. Maybe we even have the same books in our selves. Or maybe we are in the same vibe.
Just like what Frank Zappa said "so many books, so little time.".
